 Since I'm a small operation of one, I don't offer refunds or exchanges unless I unintentionally shipped a defective item. In this case, please contact me within 2 days of receiving your order with images of the defect and I will assess within 48 hours to help resolve it.


Orders can't be cancelled, please take your time to decide before committing to a purchase.

Everything in my shop – original art, prints, original mantras/poetry/affirmations, images and designs are my copyright. Please do not copy or reproduce anything in my shop without prior approval. Copyright does not transfer with the sale of any item.

I offer wholesale for all prints and products except for originals. Feel free to email me via the contact page.

Currency

All prices are in USD. Convert to your local currency. 

Payment

I accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) Payment is through Stripe or Paypal.

Processing

I process all orders within 3 working days. Once your order's shipped, you'll be notified via email.

Shipping Packaging

All works are shipped using an eco compostable courier bag and protective packaging from R3Pack. These bags are plastic-free, home or commercially compostable and waterproof. Shipping also comes with a compostable hard card backing board inside to protect your artwork from warping in transit. Please remove any sticker labels from the courier before composting.

Shipping

For works on paper and prints, shipping is via International Air (untracked). If you'd like to purchase tracking, place your order then email me to add the additional cost to your order.

Larger works on wood are shipped via International Courier only (tracked).

All NZ orders are sent at a flat rate (tracked).

You can track all current orders via nzpost.co.nz/track with the tracking number sent to you via email when your item's been shipped.

Once your order has been posted, I'm not responsible for any lost or undelivered mail. In this rare event, please contact your local post office immediately. If you'd like to ensure your item doesn't get lost, please choose the International Courier (Tracked) option. Simply order as normal, then message me via the Shop's contact page to order International Courier Tracking and I'll send you a Paypal link to order ($30).

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays and costs due to customs.
